Our Philosophy
Competitive baseball programs are a means of helping develop the social and athletic skills necessary to compete at a higher level. Through competitive team sports opportunities are available for players to develop sportsmanship, teamwork and trust in themselves as well as others. A competitive environment should promote self-esteem and growth while encouraging the development of individual athletic skills.
Objectives
Participation is based on the principle of continuous improvement throughout the program with the ultimate goal being to prepare participants for competitive play in High School, College or beyond.
Development of the "total" player is expected as self discipline, attitude, emotional maturity and sportsmanship are paramount and placed as a high priority.
Participation should create a desire to succeed and excel.
